The Houston Poetry & Arts Festival (HPAF) is proud to announce that our 2026 festival will take place at The Orange Show on April 25, 2026.
 

An iconic part of Houston’s cultural landscape, The Orange Show is known for its commitment to visionary art, community engagement, and accessible programming. Its unique, artist-built environment offers the perfect setting for a festival rooted in creativity, collaboration, and public access.
 

This partnership brings together two organizations dedicated to uplifting Houston’s artists and communities. By hosting HPAF at The Orange Show, we’re creating a space where poetry, music, visual art, and local organizations can intersect in meaningful and exciting ways.
 

What to Expect

HPAF 2026 will feature a full day of programming, including:

• Live poetry busking, musical performances, and a Fashion Show.

• Featured readers and keynote speakers

• Music and interdisciplinary art

• Community organizations and literary presses

• Local vendors, food, and interactive experiences

• Youth programming and family-friendly activities
   

The festival is free and open to the public, and designed for audiences to come and go, explore, and stay as long as they like.
